1. You must have 100 posts or more on your first character. Must have been active for 3 full months on your first character too.

2. Make your Character

4. You must change height and weight a bit since your older and you become taller and heavier BTW! (MUST ADD A RP SAMPLE!)

5. REAPEATS! MUST ADD RP SAMPLE!!!

6. Get it approved 1 TIME A ADMIN ( ITAKE KYUUBI )
